System performance is extremely good where a perforated liner or deck is included. This provides sound absorption performance and contribute to lowered reverberation time in rooms and internal spaces. Elite Systems using perforated liner achieve Class A absorber classification, whilst still providing good sound reduction.
In addition to all of these advantages, the roof is the same overall thickness as a standard Elite System 4.25 roof, with absorption performance that can be easily accommodated over individual areas of the same roof, if required.
This offers savings where often deeper roof constructions are specified across the whole roof which accommodates a relatively small area requiring absorption performance. The system effectively deals with flanking occuring over walls through the liner troughs.
