Elite Systems cover constructions using both structural deck and twin skin liner and have been geared to achieve maximum performance flexibility whilst maintaining integral performance and basic system componentry.
The systems do not use separate additional components such as plasterboard, additional perforated liners etc.
This offers savings on both materials and installation.
TESTS SHOW THAT:
Sound reduction: Performance of Elite systems is particularly good when compared to composite panel as illustrated from compared test results comparing standard 0.25 U-value roofs. System performance is measured in db, the higher the sound reduction figure the better the systems perform.
A 10dB improvement in acoustic terms is very significant, it will approximately halve the loudness.
A further 10dB improvement will halve the loudness again, and so on.
